1. What is Old N Pal?
Old N Pal is an Indian clothing brand offering made-to-order, vintage-inspired apparel with a modern twist. We create unique, meaningful fashion pieces designed to reflect your personality, not trends.

2. Do you deliver across India?
Yes! We ship across all major cities and towns in India, including metro areas, Tier 2/3 cities, and most PIN codes. If you’re unsure, feel free to drop us a message—we’ll be happy to check for you.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
All products are made to order. Here's what to expect:

  • Order Processing: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping Time: 4–8 business days (depending on your location)
    You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned—international shipping might come in the future!

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking Page using your order ID.

6. What are your payment options?
We accept:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available in select locations

7. What is your return & exchange policy?
Since each item is made just for you, we only accept returns/exchanges if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item or size
    Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll take care of it!

8. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us within 6 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to modify it as your item might already be in production.

9. How do I know what size to order?
Every product page includes a detailed size guide. Please refer to it before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us—we’re happy to help you pick the right fit.
